Grill Controls
The controls shown below are for Cal Flame drop-in grills. Familiarize yourself with these controls before
lighting your grill.
Light and Fan Switch
The switch controlling the fan and halogen lights
is located at the control panel on the front lower
left side.
The light and
fan operate
separately. If
you turn on
the light, you
can not run
the fan at the
same time.
Knob Light Switch
This switch turns on the multi-colored lights
that illuminate the burner knobs on the
control panel.
Press it once to
turn the lights
on. Press it a
second time
to turn off
the lights.

Burner Controls
The control panel for the Top Gun grill has a total of nine knobs, which
includes  ve grill burners, two infrared back burners, a smoker tray
burner, and a light and fan switch. They are shown in the  gure below.
All of the burner knobs have variable heat control and can be set to burn
at high or low heat, depending on your preference.
