The bleeder Valve is Pre-Set to 100 PSI. If desired, you can lower the Max PSI by turning the bleeder Valve knob to the left and choose the MAX PSI. The bleeder Valve will bleed off the excess pressure (air) so that the motor/pump does not stall or have a hard start on restart. 3. Plug the power supply cord into the Power Pedal cord.
