3 Setting the Date, Time, and Zone

Set the date and time.
Turn the <5> dial to select the
number.
Press <0> so <r> is displayed.
Turn the <5> dial to select the
desired setting, then press <0>
(Returns to <s>).

Set the daylight saving time.
Set if necessary.
Turn the <5> dial to select [Y].
Press <0> so <r> is displayed.
Turn the <5> dial to select [Z], then
press <0>.
When the daylight saving time is set
to [Z], the time set in step 3 will
advance by 1 hour. If [Y] is set, the
daylight saving time will be canceled
and the time will go back by 1 hour.

Exit the setting.
Turn the <5> dial to select [OK],
then press <0>.
X The Date/Time/Zone will be set and
the menu will reappear.
The menu setting procedure is explained on pages 51-52.
The date/time that was set will start from when you press <0> in step 6.
In step 3, the time displayed on the upper right is the time difference
compared with Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). If you do not see your
time zone, set the time zone while referring to the difference with UTC.
