Track your

travels with GPS

When visiting many places it can be hard to remember

exactly where each image was shot - Canon compact

cameras with GPS or GPS via Mobile can easily solve

this problem.

With the GPS feature enabled, the camera tags each

photo or movie le with location information. This data

is saved within the le and can be used to pinpoint the

location of the image on a map.

Canon’s Map Utility soware is available to all Canon

compact cameras oering either a GPS or GPS via mobile

feature. This special computer application allows you to

display the location of your images on Google Maps

ImageBrowser EX

ImageBrowser EX is a special image management soware, supplied

with all Canon compact cameras, that helps you make the most of your

images and movies.

A modern and intuitive interface allows you to browse your galleries,

preview images, edit movie clips and examine shooting information.

Plus you can instantly share images on your Facebook, YouTube

™

and

CANON iMAGE GATEWAY accounts.

For cameras supporting special functions such as GPS and Face ID,

ImageBrowser EX oers special add-ons

for seamless integration.

For example the Face ID add-on can help you search tagged shots by

a specic person. It can also recognise additional faces from the images

stored in your galleries, so you can tag even more friends with their names.

* Some features require internet connection and to connect the camera via a

standard USB-compatible cable such as the Canon IFC-400PCU interface cable.
