Improving the quality of the freeze-frame image

Automatic picture improvement system (ACC Plus)
Tapes recorded on other devices may have poor picture and sound quality. This
does not indicate a problem with your video recorder.

During playback you can adjust the picture quality by pressing »

To return to the medium setting, hold down the »CLEAR« button until you
see the menu on the screen.

Selecting the audio track
You can select the audio signal you want to hear when playing tapes recorded
with stereo or two-channel broadcasts:

During playback, call up the Audio menu by pressing »AUDIO«.

Select the »AUDIO-MODE« line using »

Select the desired audio signal using »

confirm.
– On-screen display:
»STEREO« = stereo; »L« = left; »R« = right; »MONO« = mono.

Selecting Surround Sound

Select the desired surround sound mode (»3 D« or »S-3 D«)with »
