Sandel SN-4500 Navigation Display (HSI)
The 4” x 4” Sandel SN-4500 MFD/EHSI/EFIS is a superb and affordable up-
grade for your Citation cockpit. Similar to the advanced displays found in the
newest generation of aircraft, the SN4500 is the ideal replacement for aging
electromechanical HSIs. Featuring Sandel’s patented bright, 360-degree read-
able (180 degrees in both horizontal and vertical axes) display, the SN4500
boasts a long-life backlight and unequaled sunlight visibility. It also incorpo-
rates Sandel’s Smart I/OTM, which automatically accepts input from analog
and digital aircraft systems.
The SN4500 4X4 EHSI improves situational awareness by presenting Com-
pass, Map, Flight Plan and safety systems data in a bright, crisp format. FAA-
certified as a primary navigation display, the SN4500 can even present overlaid
returns from your onboard weather radar system, along with traffic informa-
tion from TCAS, TCAD and TAS receivers.
Sandel SA-4550 Electronic Attitude
Display Indicator (EADI)
The perfect complement to the SN-4500, the 4” x 4” Sandel SN-4550 EADI
is an ideal update for aging electromechanical ADI’s. Featuring an LED-backlit
display, the SA4550 upgrades your panel with bright, easy-to-read attitude in-
formation, without requiring changes to your autopilot’s certification. With its
Smart I/O, the SA4550 accepts input from virtually any gyro source to provide
a clear, reliable depiction of the aircraft’s attitude in pitch and roll.
The SA-4550 incorporates such standard ADI features as flight director
command bars and glideslope/localizer deviation scale, along with a fast/slow
indicator and mode annunciations to make flying easier and safer. A select-
able single-cue/split-cue display option is also available, and the SA-4550 is
designed for plug compatibility with popular Sperry and Collins units.

Universal 890R Dual Display System
This advanced, large-format instrument suite is the most capable and
most cost-effective solution we’ve found for bringing your Citation into
the 21st century “glass cockpit” era. Shown above in a typical Sierra
installation with a dual pilot / single copilot display, the 890R supports a
wide array of information interfaces and display capabilities.
Advanced display technology and innovative presentation symbology
provide all the information you need in an uncluttered, easy-to-read
format that will maximize your situational awareness. High resolution,
high contrast displays with an extremely wide range of viewing angles
are easily readable in virtually any ambient lighting condition.
The PFD displays flight guidance, vertical speed,
airspeed, altitude and heading, along with every bug,
marker and detail you could desire over the full-screen
ADI display. Multiple pilot-selectable display formats
are available, including Vision-1, map and HSI dis-
plays, along with imagery from a variety of interfaced
systems.
With all critical Primary Flight Data displayed on
the PFD, the Navigation Display is available for view-
ing map, HSI, Vision-1, TAWS, checklists and electronic

Data/Weather graphics,
WSI weather, weather radar and other sources can also
be displayed. In addition, a navigation progress data
block is displayed in the upper portion of the screen
in most ND modes, providing valuable real-time navia-
tional information.
The 890R system is designed to accomodate emerg-
ing and future display technologies, offering for ex-
ample, an additional VGA input for connecting TAWS,
Vision-1, onboard video camera sources and more.
