Starting the Engine
 DANGER
Move log splitter outside and far away from windows,
doors and intake ventilation covers.
1. Check oil level.
Recommended oil is 10W-30.
2. Check gasoline level.
When adding gasoline, use a minimum octane rating of 85
and an ethanol content of 10% or less by volume.
3. Press engine switch to the “ON” position.
4. Turn the fuel valve to “ON” position.
5. Move choke lever to “CHOKE” position.
6. Pull the recoil cord.
7. Move the choke lever to “RUN” position.
