CONTROLS AND FEATURES
Read this operator’s manual before operating your log splitter. Familiarize yourself with the location and function of the controls and
features. Save this manual for future reference.
Log Splitter
1. Handle
2. Wedge
3. Support Leg – Supports log splitter while operating.
4. Splitting Beam / Log Cradle – Prevents log from rolling off
the beam.
5. Mounting Plates – Holds hydraulic cylinder in place.
6. Hydraulic Vent Screw – Vents hydraulic oil tank.
7. Wheels
8. Hydraulic Oil Dipstick – Check and add Hydraulic oil.
9. Hydraulic Cylinder – Converts hydraulic pressure into linear
force.
10. Control Valve Handle – Controls the movement of the thrust
plate.
11. Engine – 80cc, OHV, 4-stroke, air cooled.
12. Oil Return (Low pressure) Hose – Feed hydraulic oil back
into the hydraulic tank.
13. Suction Hose – Pulls hydraulic oil from the tank into the
pump.
14. Hydraulic Pump – Pumps hydraulic oil through the system.
15. Engine Oil Fill Cap / Dipstick – Add or check the engine oil.
16. Oil Inlet (High Pressure) Hose – Feeds hydraulic oil into the
hydraulic cylinder.
