IMPORTANT:
• ALL INSTALLATION WORK SHOULD BE DONE BY ACCREDITED PROFESSIONAL.
• SHUT OFF POWER SUPPLY AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER!
• USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED BULBS. DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE!
PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
Remove all of the contents from the carton. See the important notes above. Remove the old xture from the ceiling, including the old
mounting strap.
7. Slide candle sleeves (T) over sockets (S).
8.Installlightbulbs(notprovided)inaccordancewiththexture’sspecications.
Donotexceedthemaximumrecommendedwattage.
Yourinstallationiscomplete.Turnonthepowerandtestthexture.
ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE
3. Insert nipples (P) into posts (R) before covering nipples (P) with decorative
covers (N) and spacers (M). Connect rods (L) along with top loops (K) to the
top of nipples (P).
1. Take the mounting strap assembly from the parts bag. Mounting strap (B) contains several threaded holes. Two of mounting screws (A)
should be attached to mounting strap (B). You may need to tighten nuts (C) that hold these screws in place. If the screws are not attached,
please hold canopy (F) up to mounting strap (B). Line up the holes in canopy (F) with the holes in mounting strap (B) and insert mounting
screws (A) into mounting strap (B) so that mounting screws (A) protrude through the holes in canopy (F). Mounting screws (A) are long, so
please test canopy (F) against the mounting strap and practice threading deco nuts (H) onto mounting screws (A) to see how far you should
insert mounting screws (A). Remove the deco nuts and canopy. Tighten nuts (C) onto mounting screws (A) to hold the screws in place.
2.Pullthehousewiresthroughthecenterofmountingstrap(B).Securemountingstrap(B)tothejunctionboxwithmountingscrews(D)and
a screwdriver. Tighten the screws securely.
4. By measuring, determine the correct number of chain links needed for
proper hanging height. If necessary, use a pair of pliers to open and remove
anyexcesschain.Attachchainconnectors(J)toeachendofchains(I)
before attaching one end of the chain connector/chain to top loops (K). Close
the chain connectors. Connect the other ends of chains (I) to the canopy by
attachingchainconnectors(J)tocanopyloops(G).Feedthexture’swires
up through one of top loops (K) then through chain (I) (every three links or so).
Pullthewiresuntiltaut,butbesurethatthextureishangingfromthechain
andnotthewires.Passthexture’swiresthroughtheholeatthecenterof
the canopy.
CONNECTING THE WIRES
5. Have an assistant support the weight of the
xture.Refertothewiringdiagramandattach
thexture’swirestothepowersupplywiresfrom
thejunctionbox.ConnectHottoHot,Neutralto
Neutral, and Ground to Ground. Twist the ends of
the wire pairs together, and then twist on a wire
connector. Make sure all twists are in the same
direction. If there is no house ground wire coming
fromthejunctionbox,locategroundscrew(E)on
the mounting bracket/mounting strap and wrap the
xture’sgroundwirearoundthegroundscrew.Use
a screwdriver to tighten the top of ground screw
(E) onto the wires and into the mounting bracket/
mountingstrap.Tuckthewiresintothejunctionbox.

FINISHING THE INSTALLATION
6. Push canopy (F) up to mounting strap (B) so that mounting screws (A) protrude thrhough the holes in canopy (F). Tightly thread decorative
nuts (E) onto the threads of mounting screws (A) to secure the canopy in place.
CLEANING TIPS
Treat the xture gently! Regular cleaning will reduce the need for deep cleaning. For regular cleaning, turn off the light and wipe down the
xture with a clean lint-free cotton or microber cloth. Never spray cleaner directly onto the xture.
