Display Hold:
This feature is an enhancement to the DT-209X software, designed for users
hich requires the ability to limit the amount of time the tachometer holds the last w
reading after the source of the signal ceases.
he Display Hold feature is useful for applications that need to show
eceleration and immediate stop.

imitation of Feature:
The Display hold feature should be set at least twice as much as the
Measurement Interval Value. If the values are set the same there is a
possibility that the lower readings (less than 100 RPM) may not be
recognized depending on how fast the Measurement Interval Value is set.
If setting is set below 50 msec, the software will automatically adjust it to
10,000 msec (10 seconds).
For Low RPM it is recommended that the Display Hold setting should be

set to a minimum of 1,000 msec (1 second).

If the tachometer is reading “0 “ for speeds less than 100 RPM please
adjust the Display hold value.
