5. Locate the Memory sockets “1” and “2” (Figure 6 - 7).
6. If there is a module currently installed which needs to be
upgraded/replaced then remove it.
7. Gently pull the latches “3” and “4” on the memory socket
toward the sides of the computer, as indicated in Figure 6 - 7.

Contact Warning
Be careful not to touch
the metal pins on the
module’s connecting
edge. Even the clean-
est hands have oils
which can attract parti-
cles, and degrade the
module’s perform-
ance.
