CD Device
A 5.25” CD-ROM drive, or DVD-ROM drive, or CD-RW, or Com-
bination CD-RW and DVD-ROM Drive (12.7mm height) is standard
depending on the model you purchased. For more information on us-
ing the drive please refer to “The CD Device” on page 2 - 14.

2. Busy Indicator
3. Open button
4. Emergency eject hole

CD Emergency Eject
If you need to manually
eject a CD/DVD (e.g.
due to an unexpected
power interruption) you
may push the end of a
straightened paper clip
into the Emergency
eject hole.
Do not use a sharp-
ened pencil or similar
object that may break
and become lodged in
the hole.
