repairs.Operatingthevehiclewithaspongybrakepedalcanresultinlossofbraking,whichcouldcause
anaccidentresultinginsevereinjuryordeath.Neveroperatethevehiclewithaspongyfeelingbrake
pedal.

brakefluid.Afteropeningabottleofbrakefluid,alwaysdiscardanyunusedportion.Neverstoreoruse
apartialbottle.Brakefluidishygroscopi c,
meaningitrapidlyabsorbsmoisture fromtheair.The
moisturecausestheboilingtemperatureofthebrakefluidtodrop,whichcanleadtoearlybrakefade
andthepossibilityofaccidentorsevereinjury.Changethebrakefluideverytwoyears,anytimethe
fluidbecomescontaminated,thefluidlevel
isbelowtheminimum,orifthetypeandbrandofthefluid
inthereservoirareunknown.Accessthebrakefluidreservoirthroughtheleftfrontwheelwell.

brakefluidlevelinthedisplaymirror.Thelevelshouldbebetweenminimumand

4. ApplythebrakeforcefullyforafewsecondsandCheckforfluidleakagearoundthefittings.
