4.3.1 Tape and Reel
The single-feed tape carrier for EXSx2-W is illustrated in Figure 58. The figure also shows the
proper part orientation. The tape width is 44mm and the EXSx2-W modules are placed on the
tape with a 32-mm pitch. The reels are 330mm in diameter with a core diameter of 100mm.
Each reel contains 500 modules.
