Routine Maintenance
Seven-Step Maintenance Schedule



1. Clean or replace air lters





2. Clean the exterior intake and exhaust vents
of obstructions



3. Clean and inspect the heat exchange core









Install and service this equipment in compliance
with applicable national and local building and
safety codes.
4. Clean the condensate drain and pan







5. Inspect the fans





6. Clean the grilles and inspect the ductwork





7. Arrange for an annual servicing




