5.2.4 HOW TO DELETE A SPECTRUM
a) Open a spectrum file,
b) Select from the “Instrument File Manager” window the spectrum file you want to delete
c) Press the “Delete” key from the “Instrument File Manager” window,
d) The file will also be cancelled in the instrument.
5.2.5 HOW TO EXPORT A SPECTRUM IN EXCEL FORMAT
a) Open a spectrum file (See 5.1),
b) Click on “File” on the instrument bar and select “Export”,
c) Name the file in the open window and chose the location where you want to save the file,
d) Chose the file type .XLS (See Fig. 5.2),
e) Select “save”,
f) The spectrum file will be transferred to an Excel spreadsheet in graphics form.
