Apply a light coating of lubricant to seals and surfaces
specified.
Fasten stem (505) into housing (501). Fasten
cap (509) onto housing (501) and torque to 60-70 in-lb
(6.8-7.9 N•m). Unscrew stem (505) until it bottoms out
against cap (509).
