The red lines identify the area that
needs to be trimmed. The factory radio
will be located deeper in the dash than
before to accommodate the new
touchscreen and bezel mount.
Using a small saw (or any appropriate
tool) trim the area marked to reflect
the next step. This is necessary to
allow the updated radio to be installed
correctly.
Clean the entire area with a vacuum
to remove the plastic debris.
