鞋 扣 穿 过 鞋 带 ， 将 POD 紧 固在 鞋⾯ 上 ⽅ ， 窄 头 朝 向 脚 尖 ， 确 保 跑 步 过 程 中不 会 晃 动 ； 

⼿ 表 开 启 跑 步 模 式 ， 等 待 POD 图 标 亮 起 绿 ⾊ ， 选 择 “ 开 始 ” 运 动 。 
•
ConnectyourCOROSPOD2totheCOROSapporyourCOROSwatch.

Placetheclipundertheshoelaceswiththethinendfacingthedirectionofyourrun,and
secureyourCORODPOD2intotheclip.

将 POD 放 ⼊ 腰 夹 中 ， 固 定 在 腰 后 中 间 处 ， 确 保 跑 步 过 程 中不 会 晃 动 ； 
