ASSEMBLY & OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL - 30 GALLON TRAILER SPRAYER #1046832

ASSEMBLING YOUR SPRAYER

Your sprayer has been partially assembled at the factory. Follow the instructions below to

complete the assembly of this unit.

STEP 1

Starttheangescrewsbyhand

to attach the hitch tube frame,

axle supports and trailer frame

strap to the tank. Insert the axle

through the axle supports and

hitch tube, then tighten down all

7angescrews.Thiswillallow

alignment within each assembly

for proper axle installation.

Please note the directional

stickers on the axle supports

and hitch tube for proper

orientation. All three arrows will

be facing the back of the tank,

towards the tank drain.

STEP 2

Slide axle spacers on to

axle (Qty. 2).

STEP 3

Put tires on axle

(Qty. 2).
