. Fan Assembly. Locate clamp holder in one of the hardware packs. Lift canopy, canopy cover and yoke cover. Place clamp holder on downrod below yoke cover. Remove 6 screws/washers from yoke plate (located on top of motor housing) and set aside. Note: Notice the bigger screw that secures the safety cable does not have a washer. [Refer to diagram 1.] canopy canopy cover yoke cover yoke plate Remove clamp holder, raise yoke plate and motor housing. Place clamp holder on downrod underside of motor housing.
5. Fan Assembly. (cont.) Connect 3-wire plug from fan to 3-wire plug from remote control receiver. Make sure plugs snap together completely. (Note: 2-wire plug will not be used). [Refer to diagram 5.] 3-wire plug remote control receiver Pull extra wire slack from the upper end of the downrod. downrod With the hanging bracket secured to the outlet box and able to support the fan, you are now ready to hang your fan. Grab the fan firmly with two hands.

9. Testing Your Fan. It is recommended that you test fan before finalizing installation. Test wall control (optional installation) by locating ON/OFF slider switch on wall control, then set to ON position. Test fan speeds. Next, locate remote control. Test fan speed with different fan speed buttons (1 - 6). If the remote control operates the functions of the fan, battery has been installed correctly.
Troubleshooting. WARNING: Failure to disconnect power supply prior to troubleshooting any wiring issues may result in serious injury. Problem: Fan fails to operate. Solutions: 1. Check wall switch to fan/wall control. 2. Check to be sure wall control (optional use) is wired properly. 3. Check to be sure fan is wired properly. 4. Learning process between fan, remote control and, if applicable, wall control may not have been successful and code was not activated.

2. Inventario de piezas. a b a. soporte de montaje. 1 unidad c b.
