10. Maintenance & repair
10.1. Execution of maintenance and
repair
• Switch of the equipment and disconnect from the
main power supply before cleaning and performing
maintenance and/or repair.
• Wear appropriate personal safety protection
equipment (e.g. glasses, gloves, …)
• Foresee appropriate and suciently lighting during
maintenance and repair.
• Repair and maintenance work may only be carried
out by trained personnel in this field, familiar with the
equipment and the related safety regulations (contact
your local CRC distributor).
• Only use accessories and spare parts which have been
approved by CRC Industries Europe. The exclusive
use of original accessories and original parts ensures
that the equipment can be operated safely and trouble
free for its entire lifetime. (See chapter 7 of this user
instruction manual for references).
• Mobile equipment used for commercial purposes may
be subject to safety inspections in accordance with
national regulations.
10.2. Frequency of maintenance
10.2.1. Daily
- Check in general for damages and wear. If
present, see chapter 10.1
- Keep an eye on the “Add Fluid” light. If the
indicator lamp is on, add degreasing fluid
OzzyJuice
®
into the equipment.
- In general, keep the equipment clean
10.2.2. Weekly
OzzyMat
®
FL-4 Maintenance
- Make sure the pump is not running
- Remove the false bottom from the sink
- Peel away the top layer of the OzzyMat
®
and
wring out any excess fluid. Then dispose of this
layer accordance to your local regulations
- Returns the false bottom to its proper place
