Step 4. Attach right panel (part C) to assembled unit (parts D, E & G) using wood dowels
(part #4), bolts (part #3), allen wrench (part #8) and lock the hardware.
Step 5. Attach locking casters (part #6) and casters (part #7) to panels (parts B & C)
using wrench (part #9).
