Inc demonstratesthatthe lawn mowerhasbeenabused,neglected,or improperlymaintained,andthat suchabuse,neglect,or impropermaintenancewasthe
directcauseof the needfor repairorreplacementof thepart. Thatnotwithstanding,anyadjustmentofa componentthat has a factoryinstalled,and properly
operating,adjustmentlimitingdeviceis still eligiblefor warrantycoverage.The followingemissionwarrantypartsare covered:
