Automatic Steam Exhaust
Outlet
When cooking is finished or in
w
arming mode, steam releases
automatically.
Digital Programmed Steam Releaser
(Solenoid Valve)
Keep the pressure weight horizontally. It
stabilizes steam inside. When the pressure
weight spins, it releases steam.
Lock/Unlock Handle
The handle has to be in ‘Lock’ position to
operate.
Clamp Knob
Turn handle to ‘Unlock’, and then press
Clamp knob to open.
