ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: TT11004

1. Place base on a level surface.

2. Place shade (B) over socket (A).

3. Screw socket ring (C) over socket (A), securing the

shade in place.

4. Insert bulb into bulb socket.

Uses maximum (1) 60WATT, Type “A” Bulb

Or Maximum (1) 13Watt, CFL Bulb

(Bulb not included)

Cleaning of your lamp.

Wipe with a damp cloth only.

Do not use abrasives.
