6.1. Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures
Personal precautions Use personal protective equipment as required. Stop leak if you can do it
without risk. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Wash thoroughly after
handling.
6.2. Environmental precautions
Environmental precautions Prevent entry into waterways, sewers, basements or confined areas. Do not
flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system. See Section 12 for additional
Ecological Information.
6.3. Methods and material for containment and cleaning up
Methods for containment Cover with plastic sheet to prevent spreading. Contain and collect spillage with
non-combustible absorbent material, (e.g. sand, earth, diatomaceous earth,
vermiculite) and place in container for disposal according to local / national
regulations (see Section 13).
Methods for cleaning up Use personal protective equipment as required. Dam up. Soak up with inert
absorbent material. Take up mechanically, placing in appropriate containers for
disposal. Clean contaminated surface thoroughly.

7.1. Precautions for safe handling
Advice on safe handling Use personal protective equipment as required. Handle in accordance with good
industrial hygiene and safety practice. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using
this product. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wash hands thoroughly after
handling. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
7.2. Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
Storage Conditions Keep out of the reach of children. Keep in properly labeled containers. Keep
container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Keep from freezing.
