• Wrong voltage is being used
• Check connection of power cord to power source
• Plug in the unit
• Use proper voltage

• Temperature set too low (too cold)
• Door is not closed
• Hot food inserted
• Door opened too long or too often
• Close proximity to heat source or direct
sunlight
• Set temperature higher (warmer)
• Close door securely
• Be sure food is at room temperature before inserting
• Minimize door openings/duration
• Do not place unit close to heat sources or direct
sunlight
