Top of Triangles: lift the shingle gently using the putty knife. Insert the clip and press the shingle
down firmly; it will reseal itself in hot weather.

Bottom of triangles along roof edge: Create a drip loop over the edge of the roof, leaving at least 2”
between the bottom of the drop loop and the gutter bottom.

Tighten clips and spacers using fingers or pliers once installation is complete; do not use a
hammer. Using a weighted string may help with installation of cables in downspouts.
