Removing the optical drive
Prerequisites
1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions.
2. Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your system.
3. Disconnect the cables that are connected to the optical drive.
Steps
1. Press the tab to release the optical drive from the optical drive bay.
2. Slide the optical drive out of the system.
