Stretched Storage With SRA
Dell Storage Manager 2016 R3.10 and Dell Storage Replication Adapter (SRA) version 16.3.10 includes support for Live Volumes with
VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) and Stretched Storage. SRA with Live Volumes and Stretched Storage does not support
Remote Data Collectors.
NOTE: Apply the following advanced settings on the recovery site to allow SRM to operate properly with Live Volumes
with SRA 16.3.10. If you have an active/active conguration, apply these settings to both sites.
• Increase the storageProvider.stretchedDevicesMatchTimeout value to 1000 seconds.
• Increase the storage.commandTimeout value to 90 seconds for each Live Volume managed by SRM. For example, if there
are ve Live Volumes, the storage.commandTimeout value should be set to 450 seconds.
• Clear the Automatically save and validate restore points checkbox in the Edit Data Collector Settings dialog box to
prevent restore points to become degraded after disaster recovery.

Dell Storage Manager 2016 R3.10 supports SC5020 storage systems.
Support for SC5020F Storage Systems
Dell Storage Manager 2016 R3.20 supports SC5020F all-ash storage systems and SC420F all-ash expansion enclosures.
Support for SC7020F Storage Systems
Dell Storage Manager 2016 R3.20 supports SC7020F all-ash storage systems and SC420F all-ash expansion enclosures.
PS Group Volume Import Support for Linux
In Dell Storage Manager 2016 R3, importing PS Group volumes supports Linux operating systems. The following operating systems
are supported:
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.7
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
• SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 or 12
• Oracle Linux 6.5
• Oracle Linux 7.0
• VMware ESXi 5.5 or later
• Windows Server 2008 R2 or later
