Example
The following example reloads the operating system.
clock set
The clock set privileged EXEC command manually sets the system clock.
Syntax
clock set hh:mm:ss day month year
or
clock set hh:mm:ss month day year
• hh:mm:ss —Current time in hours (military format), minutes, and seconds (0 - 23, mm: 0
- 59, ss: 0 - 59
).
• day —Current day (by date) in the month (1 - 31) .
• month —Current month using the first three letters by name (Jan, …, Dec).
•
year —Current year (1998 - 2097).
