Installing the NVLink Air Shroud
Prerequisites
1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions section.
2. Follow the procedure listed in Before working inside your system.
Steps
1. Align the guide slots on the NVLink air shroud with the screws on the graphics heat sink.
2. Lower the NVLink air shroud into the NVLink board until it is firmly seated.

Your system supports two 2400 W or 2000 W AC PSUs or two PSUs (one is supported if the optional SATA drive cage is
installed)

CAUTION: If two PSUs are installed, both the PSUs must have the same type of label. For example, Extended
Power Performance (EPP) label. Mixing PSUs from previous generations of PowerEdge servers is not
supported, even if the PSUs have the same power rating. Mixing PSUs will result in mismatch condition or
failure to turn the system on.
