4 Disconnect the hard-drive board from the system board and lift out of the
sled. See Figure 3-15.

Installing the 2.5" Hard-Drive Board
1 Place the new hard-drive board in the sled and connect to the system
board. See Figure 3-15.
2 Replace the eight screws to secure the hard-drive board. See Figure 3-15.
3 Connect the four SATA cables between the hard-drive board and the
system board. See Figure 3-14.
CAUTION: Many repairs may only be done by a certified service technician. You
should only perform troubleshooting and simple repairs as authorized in your
product documentation, or as directed by the online or telephone service and
support team. Damage due to servicing that is not authorized is not covered by
