Specifies the time zone offset (in minutes) from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) / Coordinated Universal Time
(UTC) to use for the RAC Time. Some common time zone offsets for time zones in the United States are:
–480 (PST — Pacific Standard Time)
–420 (MST — Mountain Standard Time)
–360 (CST — Central Standard Time)
–300 (EST — Eastern Standard Time)
This object property is read only. Specifies the difference in number of seconds, from the UTC/GMT. This value is
negative if the current time zone is west of Greenwich.
