The Remote Syslog Settings page is displayed
2. Enable remote syslog, specify the server address, and the port number. For information about the
options, see the iDRAC Online Help.
3. Click Apply.
The settings are saved. All logs written to the lifecycle log are also simultaneously written to
configured remote server(s).
Configuring remote system logging using RACADM
To configure the remote syslog server settings, use one of the following:
• Objects in the cfgRemoteHosts group with the config command.
• Objects in the iDRAC.SysLog group with the set command.
