Set Snapshot Group Repository Virtual Disk Capacity
Description
This command increases or decreases the capacity of a snapshot group repository virtual disk.
Syntax For Increasing Capacity
set snapGroup ["snapGroupName"]
increaseRepositoryCapacity repositoryVirtualDisks=(repos_xxxx)
Syntax For Decreasing Capacity
set snapGroup ["snapGroupName"]
decreaseRepositoryCapacity count=numberOfVirtual disks
Parameters
Parameter Description
snapGroup
The alphanumeric identifier (including - and _) of
the snapshot group on which you want to run a
media scan. Enclose the snapshot group name in
double quotation marks (" ") inside of square
brackets ([ ]).
repositoryVirtualDisk
The name of the repository virtual disk for which
you want to increase capacity. An available
standard virtual disk is added to the repository
virtual disk to increase the capacity of the
repository virtual disk.
The repository virtual disk name is comprised of
two parts:
• The term repos
• A numerical identifier generated by the MD
storage management software and the
firmware
count
The number of repository virtual disks that you
want to remove from the snapshot group. Use
integer values.
Set Snapshot Group Schedule
Description
This command defines the schedule for taking snapshot images for a snapshot group.
