6. Using a #2 Philips screwdriver, loosen the captive screw that secures the expansion-card latch to the expansion-

card riser cage.

7. Pull the expansion-card latch out of the expansion-card riser cage.

8. Hold the expansion card by its edges and remove it from the expansion-card connector on the riser.
