Commands Operation
SAVE
Saves PLCCs from $4000 to *($4000)
Disable PLCC & ^D
Sets *$4002 = $4003
Enable PLCC
Sets *$4002 = $4004

Restores $4000 - $4004 to default above

Restore from saved $4000 to *($4000 end of PLCC). If it is
saved in disable state will come up enabled.
Download
Start of download sends MI15 = 0 and at end of download sets
*$4002 = $4004
MI15 = 1
Enables the JSR to $4001 (Runs MacPLCC)
