analysis (CPA). Incorrect CPA result of CR_ERROR =

conditions:
Valid SIT tone can be heard on the other end of the
call, but CPA results return CR_ERROR = 2
(CR_TMOUTON).
Similarly, if a single tone beep is heard on the line
which is within range of any of the 3 SIT
frequencies set in DX_CAP structure, dx_dial( )
again returns CR_ERROR = 2 (CR_TMOUTON).
