Springware Board kept returning
NODIALTONE as result of call progress analysis
(CPA) when performing outbound calls. This problem
occurred after several outbound calls, which were
made previously, experienced line busy. When
NODIALTONE was returned, the voice recording
transmitted on that line was captured, and it showed
the dial tone received correctly.
