2. Press the REZERO key to zero the scale.
3. Place on the platter a quantity of parts to be counted.
4. If the quantity is less than the accuracy limit, the scale will display the count of the number of pieces and
reduce the maximum limit to how many more can be counted under the limit.
Add pieces up until the quantity limit is reached, then remove the parts from the platter and begin
counting again.
5. If the quantity you place on the platter exceeds the maximum safety quantity by 1-9 pieces, the display
will show the total count but will change to yellow. If you have exceeded the maximum safety quantity
by more than nine pieces, the display will turn red. In both cases the Limit field will go blank to indicate
that no more pieces can be added without error.
Remove pieces from the platter until you are at or below the maximum safety quantity again. When the
scale is stable, the Limit field on the display will reset back to the maximum safe quantity and the
characters will change back to white.
6. When done counting this part, remove all weight from the platter and press the C (Clear) key to clear the
Unit Weight.
5.6.4 TEP Mode - Part Accumulation and Part Subtraction
Part accumulation and part subtraction in TEP Mode follow the same procedures as in Normal Counting Mode.
