Wenn Sie oft seitlich Druck ausüben müssen (Schleifen, Trennen, Sägen),
empfehlen wir eine Bohrmaschine mit Kugellagerung (No. 0500, 0550,
0600, 0650, 0800). Die Rundlaufeigenschaften können bei seitlichem
Druck durch die kugelgelagerte Bohrführung nicht leiden.
Sehr starkes Abbremsen oder Festhalten des Bohrkopfes bei laufendem
Motor beansprucht den Motor sehr stark und setzt die Lebensdauer herab.
Wenn Sie die Maschinen über längere Zeit mit höchsten
Umdrehungszahlen fahren (18.000 - 20.000 U/min., 18 V), werden die
Motoren heiß und die Hitze überträgt sich auf das Gehäuse. Um eine
Verformung zu vermeiden, sollten Sie von Zeit zu Zeit eine Arbeitspause
einlegen. Solange Sie die Maschine in der Hand halten können, ist dieser
Fall nicht gegeben. Die Maschinen sind wartungsfrei. Der Motor benötigt
weder Öl noch Fett. Sollten Bohrfutter oder Bohrkopf nicht mehr
leichtgängig sein, geben Sie einen Tropfen Öl ans Gewinde.
Werkzeuge sind spitz und kantig – Verletzungsgefahr!
Bei allen Arbeiten Augenschutz verwenden! Von Kindern fernhalten!
If you often have to exert pressure laterally, (grinding, cutting, sawing), we recommend a
drill with ball-bearing (No. 0500, 0550, 0600, 0650, 0800). The cyclic testing characteristics
do not suffer from lateral pressure by a drill with ball bearing. Very strong braking action
or holding the chuck while the motor is running is a great strain on the machine and affects
its life-span. If you use the tools for long periods at maximum rotations (approx. 18.000 –
20.000 rpm., 18 V), the motor gets hot and the heat reaches the casing. In order to avoid
the deformation of the tool you shoud make a break from time to time.As long as the
machine can be held in the bare hand, there is no danger of damage. The drills are
maintenance-free. The motors need neither oil nor grease. If the chucks becomes stiff, put
a drop of oil on the screw-thread.
Tools are pointed and sharp edged - danger of injury!
Use always eye protection when working! Keep away from children!
Si l’on doit souvent faire une pression latérale (rectifiant, coupant, sciant), nous
recommandons un appareil avec roulement à billes (no. 0500, 0550, 0600, 0650, 0800). Il
est démontré que les appareils avec roulements à billes ne sont pas sujets à déformation.
Le freinage ou le blocage du mandrin pendant que le moteur fonctionne est provoque une
forte contrainte sur l’appareil et en affecte sa durée de vie. Le fonctionnement de longue
durée au maximum des rotations (env.. 18,000 - 20,000 t/min., 18 V) fait chauffer le
moteur et de conséquence le boîtier. Tant que l’on peut tenir l’appareil à main nue il n'y a
aucun danger de dégâts. Les perceuses n’ont pas besoin d'entretien. Les moteurs n'ont
besoin ni d'huile ni de graisse. Si le mandrin perdait sa flexibilité, une goutte d’huile dans
le trou porte-outil lui rendra sa fonction.
Les outils sont pointus et les bords tranchants - risque de blessure!
Protéger toujours les yeux ! Tenir hors de la portée des enfants !
