Answering Machine (730R only)
Using the answering machine (730R only)
When the answering machine is switched on, calls are answered after a set number of
ring signals.
Your outgoing message will be played, and the caller can leave a message (3 minutes).
All voice messages are in English. The recording capacity is 11 minutes.
Switching the answering machine on/off
Press

(on the base unit) to switch the answering machine on/off. In the ON position
(Answer on) all incoming calls will be answered by the machine, and in the OFF position
(Answer off) no calls will be answered. If the LED

ashes/illuminates, the answering
machine is on.
When the answering machine is on, you will hear the message “Answer on, as well as the
outgoing message.
If you do not record your own outgoing message, the caller will hear a prerecorded
message in English.
Day/Time Voice Function
The machine has a voice function that announces the day of the week and the time for
each message recorded.
Setting Time for Voice Function Day/Time
1. Press and hold until you hear the message stating current day.

Checking current day/time

. The voice will state the current setting, e.g.: Thursday, nine fty PM.
