Playback of messages
The  indicator on the base unit will ash slowly when there is at least one new
message.
1. Press
9
to start playing all messages, or hold
9
to hear only new messages. A voice
will state the number of messages there are.
2. After each message the day/time voice function will state the day and time the
message was received.
3. When playback is nished, the voice will say “End of messages”. Press C to delete
all messages. See below for information on how to delete messages.
4. To interrupt the deletion process press ■ within 8 seconds.
5. Other messages will be saved. Delete old messages to avoid reduction in memory
capacity.
The following functions are available during playback:
Button Function
8 8 Repeat/skip backwards.
9 9 Skip to next message (press once). Press and hold the button to play
messages faster.
■ Stop playback.
C Delete current message.
VOL + / - Increase or decrease the volume.
9 Pause during playback (max. 60 seconds). There will be a beep every 10
seconds. Press 9 again to continue.
Delete messages
If you want to delete a single message, press
C
while playing that particular message.
Deletion of all messages simultaneously is only possible after playback:
Press
C
within 8 seconds.
Note: Delete old messages regularly to avoid lling up the memory!
