CAUTION!
Hot exhaust pipes may melt the cover. Wait
approximately 10-15 minutes for exhaust to cool
down before placing the cover on vehicle.
CAUTION!
Take extra care when installing and removing the cover as some
vehicles have sharp bumpers, hood ornaments or moldings. You
can minimize the possibility of tearing the cover by reinforcing
the inside of the cover and/or covering sharp objects.
Before Using This Cover
1. Makesurethesurfaceofthevehicleandthecoverisbothcleananddrybeforetting.
2. To avoid damaging the seams, take care not to pull from side to side too vigorously.
3. Never place the cover on a wet vehicle. In certain climates, it may be necessary to remove the cover every couple of days to
allow trapped condensation to escape.
4. This cover is designed to protect your vehicle from hazardous elements. The life expectancy depends on the weather
conditions and also the care taken when using and storing the cover.
Storage & Care
1. When not in use, fold and roll your cover as compact as possible. To prevent mildew, always store your Duck Cover when dry.
2. Using a sponge, spot clean with mild soap and water. Do not use abrasive cleansers or brushes. Warning! AIR DRY ONLY!
Installation
1. The front and back of the cover are marked to help position cover correctly on the car.
2. Ifyourvehiclehasanexternalradioantennathatdoesn’tunscreworretractushwiththevehiclebody,youwillhavetocreate
a small opening in the cover. Place the cover over the antenna before moving to the next step.
3. Stretch the elastic ends of the cover over the front and rear bumpers.
IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS
1. Never cover a recently painted car. Make sure paint is fully cured before using cover.
2. Highwindscancausewindlofting.Afxbungeecords,ropeorlockingcable(notprovided)throughthegrommetsoneach
side to prevent ballooning of the cover. Whenever high winds are expected, it is strongly recommended that your car be
sheltered from direct exposure.
3. Never remove the cover from an ice-covered vehicle. Allow the ice has melted before removing. To improve thawing time,
pour warm water over the cover, and then gently lift the cover as the ice melts.

Duck Covers are warranted to be free of material or workmanship defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
The warranty protects your cover against damage when used under normal conditions and does not cover damage from acts
of god, vandalism, neglect, misuse, or improper use. The warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and under
no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages in excess of the covers’ original purchase price. Please contact Customer
