4 Assembling the machine head

4.1 Fitting the machine head

If the sewing machine is equipped with a direct drive, insert the

machine head (1) vertically in the recess in the table top.

If the sewing machine is equipped with a minimotor, tilt the

machine head (2) and insert it in the table top recess.

–

After the head insertion, screw the locking plate (3) immediately to

secure the machine head against falling out at its tilting.

The locking plate is part of the machine head accessories.
