EAS
The CS and CTS devices are
equipped with an expandable
accessories port which inter-
faces with the Edge Expandable
Accessory System ( EAS), as
well as a video-in jack.

The EAS is an accessory net-
work cable that transmits data
between the CS or CTS and
Edge Accessories.
With the EAS you can add mul-
tiple accessories to the CS or
CTS using a daisy-chain-style
connection system.
Refer to your EAS Supplement
Manual for instructions on how
to properly install your EAS
Devices.
JAB ( EAS)
The JAB (Juice to Attitude
Bridge) allows you to connect
your Edge Juice Module to your
CS or CTS device. This allows
your CS or CTS to communi-
cate with and control your Juice
Module.
EGT PROBE ( EAS)
The EGT (Engine Exhaust
Temperature) sensor gives you
direct engine temperature read-
ings via a temperature probe.
The EGT is plugged into the
accessory port shown in Figure
28.
EGT PROBE [STANDARD]
If you are not interested in an
expandable system, use the
Standard Edge EGT probe.
The standard EGT probe is not
expandable with future acces-
sories.
EDGE BACKUP CAMERA
Finish your CTS off with the
Edge Products Backup Cam-
era. (Figure 30) The Backup
Camera provides a high-quality
color image with “Night Vision”
infrared LEDs allowing users
to see objects in total darkness.
