On Star®:
Unable to receive monthly On Star®
e-mail reports
Having the CS or CTS plugged into
your OBDII port may disturb On Star
while gathering information for their
reports.
Unfortunately, there is no real solu-
tion for this issue. You could try and
call On Star to see when they gather
their reports, and unplug your device
during that time. This may or may not
work for you.
