Fast Freeze Indicator
LED displays “FF”. The freezer will rapidly cool the unit to -8°F. The freezer will then
maintain this temperature. To operate the unit in Fast Freeze mode when the unit is on,
press the MODE button until the FF indicator comes on.
Temperature Display (°F)
The LED display shows the actual temperature inside the portable freezer.
Voltage Display
If a 115 Volt connection is active and the AC Cord is plugged in, the LED Display will
display “AC” indicator. If 12 Volt connection is active and the DC Cord is plugged in, the
LED Display will display “DC” indicator.
Battery Display
The battery icon will be displayed only when connected to a DC power source. The battery
icon symbolizes the remaining battery source voltage.
Temperature Adjustment
When the freezer is connected to a power source, press the “Set” button. The LED will display
the factory pre-set freezing temperature of 0° F.
Temperature Adjustment:
1. Press the “Set” button.
2. While the LED is flashing, press the “+” or “-” button to reach the desired temperature.
Battery Cut-Out Setting
1. Press the “Set” button twice in a row. The LED display will flash the current low-voltage.
2. Press the “+” or “-” button to adjust the setting. The battery cut-out setting will be saved
after five (5) seconds without any further input.
The battery display on the LED screen will flash when the voltage is low.
OFF Mode Setting
Hold the “Mode” button for five (5) seconds to turn the unit off. The LED display will read
“OFF.”
Food Storage
Fresh foods should not be stored together with frozen foods. When the temperature is set
below 32° F, do not keep glass-bottled drinks such as beer and lemonade in the freezer as the
bottles might shatter.
Note: Do not run the unit on “FF” (fast freeze) for more than four (4) hours, as this might
adversely affect the refrigeration system.
Note: Do not use the refrigerator-freezer as a refrigerator when the ambient temperature is
lower than 41° F.
Note: The battery cut-out settings can only be operated with a DC power source.
